OUR TRAINING METHOD
Modern life has resulted in a steady reduction
in physical activity and a related increase in a sedentary lifestyle.
Once strong muscle systems that aided in the maintenance of good
posture, which are essential for efficient movement, have grown
weak through the lack of exercise.
While the problems resulting from these muscular
imbalances are common, each of us is different in terms of our
physical ability and exercise requirements.
Using
our Lifestages Fitness Training Method, we identify,
address and correct any underlying problems you might have to
assure you safe and effective exercise. Our trainers are intensely
focused on your unique needs, so that we are able to choose the
right exercise in the right progression using the right form and
technique. We understand the biomechanics of a properly functioning
body and are able to pinpoint muscle imbalances that may lead
to pain and injury. Read

The process begins with a complimentary
consultation.
We discuss your medical and exercise history
and your fitness goals. We then conduct an in-depth assessment
of your physical condition and evaluate muscle imbalances, core
strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular capacity. We
provide feedback during the assessment and follow up with a written
report of our observations and recommendations.
After setting specific goals, we meet at an
agreed to schedule and start the process of:
- Correcting muscular imbalances to lessen
the risk of injury
- Building core strength for greater overall
stability
- Increasing flexibility and functionality
in daily activities
- Improving posture and balance
- Improving strength by safely progressing
you through a continuum of exercises.
We review your progress on a regular basis to
ensure you are on track to meet your goals.
